Revive

The Revive is an abstract art paintings collection of around 25 paintings by Sheena Chawla in 2022. It is dedicated to reawaken the survival instinct that makes us who we are. The artworks express the journey of self-healing and replenishing by blending Acceptance, Determination, Courage, Self-love, and Support in a spectrum as a colourful attempt to conquer the hurdles that are sometimes presented to us mildly or aggressively.
 

The process of revival is the epitome of being human. From the day we are born to the day we die, one thing that keeps us going is to be able to get up and keep replenishing ourselves. Not only this process helps us to recover from traumas and uncertainty but it also helps us to pursue our goals, achieve our dreams, break barriers and explore new dimensions and possibilities. This is a much needed thing in current times specially because of the pandemic. We are still very much impacted with the things that have happened with us and around us in the last 2 years. This is a gentle reminder that we should spread love and compassion. We have done this before and we can do it again. Let’s revive through our voids, emptiness.
